This refrigerator is seriously impressive, especially if you’re a little bit of a techie and appreciate appliances that do more than just sit there keeping the milk cold. First, the counter-depth design works beautifully in our kitchen. It gives that clean, built-in look without sticking halfway into the room, but somehow the interior still feels surprisingly roomy. I was prepared to sacrifice storage for the sleeker profile, and so far, I don’t feel like I did. The Beverage Center may be my favorite feature. Having filtered water tucked neatly inside keeps the exterior clean, and the entire setup just feels thoughtfully designed. Add the dual ice maker, Family Hub, AI features, and all the smart functionality, and there’s plenty here for those of us who enjoy technology perhaps a little more than necessary. I also love the charcoal glass and stainless combination. It’s modern without looking overly futuristic, and it works perfectly with the clean look I wanted for the kitchen. Now here’s where Samsung caused a problem. I liked this refrigerator so much that I went back and started replacing the other appliances to match the Bespoke lineup. A new gas range and AI dishwasher will soon be joining it. Was that the original plan? Absolutely not. Apparently the refrigerator initiated a full kitchen appliance restructuring. At this price point, this is obviously an investment, so I’m not handing out five stars because the screen is pretty. For me, it’s the combination of counter-depth proportions, usable interior space, Beverage Center, smart features, and overall design that makes the price easier to justify. Long-term reliability will ultimately determine whether Samsung keeps me this enthusiastic. But right now? Would I add this to cart? We purchased the dryer and washer together and both have been great so far. I am only planning on speaking to the dryer though. First the positives, - The dryer uses heat pump tech, meaning no ventilation needed, which was a huge bonus for us. - It is noticeably gentler on clothes. - Dries clothes and comforters completely in a single cycle, without needing to rotate them. - It is very quiet, very different from what I've had in the past. - Lint trap is very easy to clean - With the app, it has a decent amount of features and customizations. - Looks very modern. Now the negatives, - Scatches easily. It already got a small scratch that happened during the install process. For the price, I'd expect better durability. - It take on average twice as long to dry clothes due to this being a ventless dryer. Love my new dryer. My old LG was slowly dying and taking forever to dry. This new one is quick and efficient. I like the fact that I do not have to fill a container anymore with water for the steam feature, which I use a lot. Having it able to connect to the LG App is really convenient.
