Far-infrared saunas are an effective form of relaxation, detoxification, pain relief, and cardiovascular health. Their lower temperatures and more comfortable feel make them an ideal alternative for those who cannot tolerate the higher temperatures of traditional saunas. If you're looking for a relaxing and healing method that can be incorporated into your daily wellness routine, far-infrared saunas are undoubtedly worth considering. However, it's important to use them safely and in moderation.

Great value. Sauna is tight though. Should be like 2’ wider so you can lay down and relax. I would suggest getting the larger size.. Alli. Montecito, CA. Fri Jan 03 2025

Our saunas come with extra heating tubes that boost efficiency by at least 150% compared to all-carbon panel models, and they typically preheat in just 10 minutes. And it's worth noting that the carbon tubes have individually controlled buttons that can be turned on or off as needed, saving even more energy!
