I ordered the 12-inch mattress, and Ill admit I was a little hesitant when I first unboxed it because it was still expanding. However, after letting it sit for the full 48–72 hours, it fully expanded just as it was supposed to. As you can see in the picture with the bed frame, it looks great! It seems like it’s a victim of shrinkflation. I replaced a 25 year old mattress with as close to the same thing as I could find and it was smaller than the orig. It seems comfy although the sides seem soft when getting out of bed. Not sure what I was expecting but it came in a box. I’m not sure how that does not damage the springs in the mattress. Virginia. The pillows that attach by velcro are very soft and not too full. I am hopeful that it will be easy to clean with a vacuum and spot cleaning as necessary. Tried two other beds prior from wayfair that were supposed to be plush but were very firm instead. This one actually is comfortable so far. It unrolled and took its proper form right away which was unlike the other two brick beds but it did Stink like chemical foam really strong for days. We could still smell it after 5 days. It’s a nice mattress, very firm and sturdy once fully decompressed. It has more of a traditional feel, but once you sleep on it, it’s incredibly comfortable. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this for mattress for my teenage son's room. He was ready for a good mattress. Overall we are very happy with this one. He says it is very comfortable, gives great support and he likes that the mattress isn't firm but on the softer side. He is a tall boy so it seems to be holding up good for the past month that he has been sleeping on it. His only complaint is that he would of liked to feel the cooling gels more. This mattress is used when we have guest as well. My mom slept on it and she gave her stamp of approval. Believe me when I say that my Mom would let me know if she didn't like it. My dad has also slept on it a few times and he also likes it but would of liked a more firmer mattresses (he is strange). Overall it is a very good mattress. Whoever said this mattress was soft, fight me, because y’all lied. The bed did fully inflate within the recommended 72 hours. It probably would have been ready around 24 hours, but we followed the directions and let it sit the full 72. It also had no smell, which was a plus.
