Really well-wrapped in plastic wrap, Styrofoam and a full cardboard cover. Took me an hour to unwrap! It appears to be up on a Styrofoam pallet. Not sure how I will be able to remove that. Works super well! We’ve been going to a laundromat for the past 3 years while living in this apartment, and I definitely think this portable washer cleans our clothes much faster, and way better than the laundromat washers.
