If this couch came with white glove delivery, velcro across the bottom of the slip cover, and better instructions, it would have 5 stars. Let’s start with the positive feedback. It’s beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Now onto the not so positive feedback. First, it is packaged so well that it became a nightmare to unwrap. It took me two hours to properly get every item out of the box. Second, the slip cover was so wrinkled that I had to iron the entire thing or the couch would have looked a mess. Third, the slip cover needs Velcro for the bottom because it does not lay properly so I’m going to have to add Velcro so that it can lay properly underneath. But for those things, this couch would get five stars. The color is superb, and it is plush and deep. Please offer white glove delivery!. Andi. South Bend, IN. Tue Aug 11 2026

Flex steel furniture is excellent. Built to last a lifetime. The color is light beige (moondust), the material is like a light tweed. The seating is more on the firm side, not going to sink into this one. This is my second sofa in the last 18 years, and it is replacing a flexsteel sofa. Highly recommend this product.. Robert. This is one of the most comfortable sofas I’ve ever had. 2 out of 3 seats recline. It’s really pretty ivory color. My only concern is that it might get dirty pretty fast with little kids in the house. Probably seat covers would be a good idea. Was the easiest to put together. Literally you just snap on the top pillows and it’s done. The delivery was also amazing they brought it to the living room and it was heavy so one less thing for us to do.. Malgorzata. Dunedin, FL. Beautiful couch, and very well-made. I’d agree with other reviews that say it’s a little firm, but I expect it to soften up with use. It’s a great height and the depth is good. For reference, I’m 5’5” and when I sit all the way back, my knees hit right at the edge and my feet dangle a bit. It’s a true linen color, and the full service delivery was a breeze.. Isabella. We really love this couch! We added it to the play area in our basement but wish we would’ve used it as our main couch now. The cushions are so soft and fluffy, it’s seriously one of the most comfortable couches I’ve sat on. Usually it takes time to break a couch in but this one was comfortable from the start. The back cushions and seat cushions are all removable and it also comes with the two throw pillows shown. It’s not super heavy so wasn’t difficult to move and seems to be made very well. Very happy with this purchase!. Kayla. Louisville, KY. Fri Jun 24 2022
