Very nice lamp. Two things to consider. First, it's not as tall as I thought it would be. That's on me as I didn't measure the height before purchasing it. Second, the main material of the shade is not glass. it's plastic which I could tell by tapping on it. The description said that it was glass. A large floor torchiere 71" tall in an Elephant motif. The item was created with good detail by the artist and depicts 3 elephants facing outward atop a large fluted ionic column with trunks proudly raised of which a light shade is attached on their backs. The item is hand-cast in resin with a metal rod for support and is completely hand-finished with brown tones and lighter tones drawing a contrast to details, the shade is cast in an antique white translucent resin for emitting light. This is a popular item and customers often order 2 for balance and symmetry. This item is part of our Elephant collection and also pairs nicely with the matching bowl and candleholder set from the same Elephant collection for customers wishing to theme decorate a larger space. The wiring and socket are UL listed. Bulbs are not included but the item takes standard E27/26 bulbs with wattage up to 60 watts.

This is a nice lamp and a great addition to my home. It comes with a light bulb and the night light. I like that the lights can be on independent of one another. The shade is a nice linen and very easy to unfold and use. This light was ready and in place within 10 minutes.
