I recently remodeled my bathroom. No matter what I did I would have the "infinity effect" since it was going to be opposite the main mirror. And I can use them to still get a glimpse of the back of my head while I use my main bathroom mirror to brush my hair. As for the quality of these mirrors, they are very well made. The metal is very solid and heavy and the glass is thick with no flaws. There two sturdy metal brackets about an inch long each welded to the back to hang the mirrors. Each one is about an inch wide and sticks out about a hald an inch. There are mounting materials included but I would suggest going to the hardware store to buy high quality heavy-duty wall mounts instead, espcially if you are going to hang them on drywall. I tried using the hardware included with the mirrors and it wasn't strong enough.
