This table is very gorgeous. This does take some time to put together. It is not a quick put together. It takes time and effort and you really need two people to put it together and to be able to assemble everything. I would recommend this table. It is a cheap easy option to have. I feel that it is a little lower than expected. As far as having any legroom to really sit underneath of the table and it does not do well with chairs at the far ends for the captains chairs I have to keep the chairs flipped upside down and put on the table when not in use. I love this table. It was delightfully easy to put together - literally took about five minutes, tops. The only challenging part was that I live alone (with two dogs who couldn't really help in this regard) and it's VERY heavy, so moving it just from my front door to the dining room about 30 feet away was a bit tough. I was also a bit disappointed that it arrived with some minor damage. One corner of the table got a tiny bit smashed in during shipping. But - I love the design and the quality of the table, and I honestly think they could charge a lot more for this product if they wanted to. It came very nicely packed, it was easy to assemble, the supplied bolts are substantial and large, and came zinc coated, so I know they won’t rust in the high humidity environment I live in.
