This is a very solid bench. I use it in my kitchen. It was super easy to build. There was like four pieces to put together. I built it by myself. This is a sturdy and versatile bench that came together simply in 20 minutes. The wood is smooth but dry, so I used “Old English” wood oil to condition the bench and it soaked it right up and looks amazing. It fits perfectly in my small bedroom at the foot of my queen bed.
