It was just recently installed and is working as it should. It also arrived intact and well-packaged. My one issue is that I didn’t notice or realize until too late that the knobs’ black rubber backings (don’t know the technical term) would be visible. Don’t prefer that particular detail.. Jean. Love this set up, I did end up getting a different shower head and longer arm but the tub spout and diverter have been great, high quality brushed brass. I initially left a great review for this product when I first got it. It looked great out of the box. I use it for a remodel of a guest bathroom that is rarely used. I’ve had it for approximately two years and it has been used perhaps a dozen times. This fixture is absolutely falling apart. The hose does not stay attached, and the finish is coming off, leaving the underlying metal discolored and patchy. It looks terrible and will have to be replaced at great expense.
