This is a beautiful cabinet, but unfortunately is not built to withstand the shipping. Three of the four top corners had crushing damage that was not showing on the box or styrofoam packing material, which means it was either an open box situation that Wayfair sent out again by mistake or it happened at the factory during packing. The interior door stops were also ripped off somehow, damaging the wood piece they were screwed into and leaving us unable to reattach the door stops. That being said, the manufacturer gave us every option to replace the cabinet but we decided to just keep it and accept a partial refund, as it still is a solid and useful cabinet and for what we need it for the damage doesn't negate its functionality. If undamaged, it would be a beautiful addition to any room. The manufacturer is very helpful and obviously customer service is very important to them, which I always appreciate.
