The chair itself is nice and the cushion is nice but the heated controls are a little delicate and they are put to the back of the armrest where you can’t see them. This anti fatigue mat is so nice to stand on when I’m working in the kitchen! My legs and back always starts hurting when I’m working for a long time in the kitchen.
