This is a beautiful and huge couch! I get so many compliments on the color and comfort. A person that is 6’5 can easily stretch out and still have more room. The only hiccup I would say is when the men instaled it they nicked it a little on the bottom and there’s a tiny hole. Do not use anything sharp to open the couch out of the packaging. This couch is AWFUL to put together. The holes are even in the right spots on some. Without the legs on, while unpacking, it scratched up my new kitchen floors. I ended up not even putting the legs on because the screws aren't long enough for the holes and after hours of trying I ended up having to build a wood platform for the couch so the bottom wouldn't scratch my floors anymore. The couch I was shipped doesnt even look the same as the picture- the pillows are flat, and I'm going to have to buy inserts. Its also a completely different color than the couch in the ad. The couch arrived open, damaged (which I already knew about) without instructions and a box of loose screws/pieces. There weren’t even enough screws. Due to no predrilled holes, we had to get power tools to assemble and return back to the store to buy more screws. The plastic legs are cheap and appear crooked/not touching the couch. The design/color are on point, but the construction/quality is poor. Wayfair, sold me an open-boxed item without telling me. I called Wayfair about this and they could only offer a return. The delivery was over a week later than the estimated delivery. I’m trapped in keeping due to time/needing a couch for hosting. Feels manipulative. This 60 oversized sofa with storage compartments was an easy assembly i found the cushions and material very soft and comfortable am still waiting for them to fully inflate but still happy with them. THIS COUCH IS SO GREAT! The black velvet like material is super soft is nice and the shape is very unique. The couch is a firmer type of couch so if you do get it, just know it’s not those ultra plush it provides more support. The only downfall I will say about it is that the cushion does not come apart from the couch so everything is all one part that helps keep the stainless lines. The only other negative thing is there is a bit of what it looks like glue on the golden part that’s left a very weird residue mark in the manufacturing but other than that, I’d say I’m generally happy with the results. I would’ve definitely given this four stars if the golden accent wasn’t messed up on a berry noticeable point on the couch, but it’s not worth the effort of calling to get it traded back in.. Lisa.
