Great quality. We purchased these as the propane flames (natural gas not available in this part of the state!) made a sooty mess on the bottom of our old pots & pans. This pan is awesome, I was cooking some chicken gizzards, forgot to check on them sand when I remembered they had burned and stuck to the pan. I decided to send these back when I realized they are not really stay-cool handles. The fine print on the manufacturer's website essentially tells you to always use a pot holder.
