My second one! Perfect for crispy gyozas and even cooking. This is the second time I have purchased this sauté pan because the first one performed so well. Any cookware that I hold as a treasure ,you will only find one brand :Circulon .Eventhough I experimented with other brands ,its only Circulon which has consistently comforted me with sustainability. I ordered the creme colored enameled dutch oven. Its really beautiful. It matches my other kitchen items and looks really expensive. The first thing I cooked was smothered steak. It cooks very well and is easy to clean. They also give you some bonus items. This was only my only for 2+months when I was moving. You can really cook anything in it. I cooked 2 meals a day during that time and it still looks brand new 6 months later.
