I have this rug in green which I got several years ago. This blue rug is a drop in quality as the weave is much looser and the underlying white thread is quite visible. I really like this rug and am using it on our outdoor terrace. It has a nice texture to it and a good feel underfoot, and the thickness is substantial without being too much. The rug laid flat very nicely once we received it, and it appears to be well made. The blue leans towards more of a purple blue instead of a cooler blue, which is unfortunately not what I was going for, but I'll make it work in the meantime until I can find the right color blue. I have been looking at this rug for a very long time since receiving the Kit Kemp X Annie Selke catalogue. Finally I started my remodeling project and ordered the rug. It was just what I wanted, a casual and colorful wool rug for my dining room. When the 8X10 rug arrived it was folded inside heavy plastic. After opening the large package, I immediately went to the website and started a chat sharing photos and explaining how the rug arrived with very bad ripples and fold lines. I was sent information concerning how to deal with the problem such as rolling the rug, tying and letting it sit for a few days. That didn't work. I have been using weights on the rug and struggling with this problem for three weeks. The rug is somewhat better but two corners still flip up and there are still ripples. These are the perfect color for my new master bath remodel and they match the colors in my existing floor in the bedroom perfectly!
