Unfortunately, one component was damaged during shipping and a part was missing when the package arrived. I reached out to customer service and was impressed with how quickly they responded and shipped the replacement. The issue was resolved without any hassle. The bentwood frame looks beautiful in person, and the cushions are supportive while still being comfortable. Solid price compared to other resellers. Although slightly uneven at the legs, it is still solid and well made. I did notice that the upholstery on the back was able to come off due to loose screws, which means that you can eventually replace only the upholstery if need be, however, I did manage to stress the wood by screwing it too tightly, which I am not happy about. I was afraid to buy this since it had no reviews, but I loved the way it looked in the photos and it was exactly what I was looking for so I decided to take the risk. Now leaving a review in case anyone has the same concerns as me. I can happily say that the chair and ottoman are as pictured and were exceptionally easy to put together (literally just need to attach the legs for both items). The yellow is perhaps slightly warmer and a tiny bit darker than how the photo looked on my screen. Its hard to tell the difference even in the photos Ive included, but for reference the photo with the throw and cushion are in daytime and the one without them is at night. The chair is firm but comfortable, though I feel the back needs some time to soften - the center ridge is slightly firmer than I feel it should be, but I think this will settle with use.
