The other item we received was a floor lamp with a cut cord, we had them replace that item, but it’s always a hassle when you the customer have to do extra steps to rectify the problem. I am very pleased with this little angel. She arrived on time and was packed well in Styrofoam. I was pleased that the figurine was a bit larger than I expected, measuring approximately 8inches tall. Upon taking her out of the packaging, she lit up. Both wings glow, and a single bright light shines just below where her hands meet. It is my observation that the center led in the center could have been placed just about a half inch higher, but the placement leads me to believe she was meant to be looked down on, because when viewing her closer to eye level, the light is rather stark. This chair is very comfortable and a delight. Assembly really requires prior experience with schematics and understanding basic aspects of hardware. However, as the pics show, the upper/seat section is out of alignment with the lower/base portion; it's pushed to one side. That results in the upper frame knocking against the rear black glide "dog bone" part. I don't understand what would cause this skewing. I kept all fasteners not-tight until everything was assembled.
