Surprisingly, easier to put together than I anticipated. Really solid. The back rest is shorter than I anticipated and the only reason why I took away a star is because I can find it 100 cheaper somewhere else. But other than that nice solid piece for my entryway looks great.. Syrita. Tue Aug 04 2026

Crafted entirely from wood, this bench is designed to blend seamlessly with any interior style, offering both function and style. Whether placed in the entryway, living room, or bedroom, its inviting natural finish adds warmth and elegance to your space.

The quality is very good, I'd say closer to 5 stars. There's some minor sheen differences in the wood that I expect will look more consistent after cleaning. Packaging was good also, very easy to break down and separate out the styrofoam and cardboard as I'm able to recycle both. However, the unit was damaged -- one leg where it curves to form the long "ski" broke clean through. I don't know whether to blame the packaging or the design of the unit (but it is very stout). Maybe the shipper. In any case, customer service was painless and really top notch. I opted for a discount. I ended up repairing the leg and I'm happy overall.. Paige. Anacortes, WA. Sat Nov 08 2025

This is a fine piece. Hardy, pretty it’s storage space is useful. The only thing I don’t really like is the height. It’s arms and backboard could be a few inches higher because it’s much shorter than expected, making it a bit awkward to sit comfortably. That’s why I gave it 4 vs 5 stars.. Jesus. US. Wherever it's placed, this piece keeps clutter out of sight while lending the room a polished, welcoming feel.

The Glenn 50 inch storage bench exceeded my expectations in both quality and pricing. I needed the storage for our winter hats, scarves and gloves to have at the ready when venturing out in our northern Michigan winters. I have always called these “deacon benches.” The sizing is generous holding so many items. This would literally work for a family of 6. This is true to size fitting into our foyer exactly as advertised at the 50 inches in width. (See photo). The wood is solid and without blemishes. The finish is a shiny dark brown color. This is solid and strong and does not wobble. The bottom of the storage area is a thinner wood and is rated to hold no more than 30 pounds. My husband assembled this in just under an hour. The small included Allen wrench did not fit the screws so my husband used his own Allen wrench. My only critique is that the included wrench did not fit. This bench is a quality item appearing rich and elegant in my home and I am sure to receive compliments.. Debbie. Gaylord, MI. Fri Oct 23 2026

This storage bench makes a great first impression, so it's ideal for an entryway, mudroom, and just about anywhere else you want to make a stylish and functional statement. Handcrafted from solid pine and poplar wood, it's finished in the neutral solid hue of your choice, so it's easy to pair with a variety of different styles and color palettes. The bench accommodates 300lbs, while the lift top offers ample interior storage for blankets and pillows or shoes, jackets, and other out-the-door essentials.

This bench was EXACTLY what I was looking for and I LOVE IT thus far. Thanks haven’t sat on it BUT it feels sturdy. I put it together myself which was a bit trying but I got it together nonetheless. It has storage if you life the seating area. Some of the pieces came nicked and scratched but I got a partial refund for the damage. Overall I’m happy and have purchased other items from Wayfair.. Demetrice. Georgia. Thu Jun 05 2025

There are lots of screws (72 in all) but after about an hour and a half you have a handsome bench! I made a mistake with the doors, but it worked out okay anyway.. Zllz. Washington, Dc. Sun Apr 24 2022

Classic elegance converges with convenience in this tasteful cedar chest, available in a variety of finishes. Find plenty of space to stash linens and essentials in a chest trimmed with a decorative sunflower accent, making it an excellent choice for bedrooms and main living spaces. A wood storage chest is a necessary accommodation for any home. This solid wood chest has simple elegant lines and a sturdy demeanor. Roomy enough for a collection of seasonal bedding or family photo albums. If you're storing surprise gifts for an upcoming birthday or even for the holiday season, you'll be happy that the lid features a lock.

I recieved my cedar chest and took one look at the box and was afraid to open. But all i saw was a dent on the top of the front. With that i went ahead and put together. No big problems. Just follow directions. It had to have been wrapped for shipment very well to have just sustained only that damage. The whole thing is not made by using 100% solid cedar or price would be much higher. But i wanted to store blankets i crochet and wollen sweaters and things of that. Cedar helps to keep bugs that love wool away. I had a beautiful light blue sweather that wasnt stored in cedar and i regretted because moth got to it and ate hole right in front. So after putting together just rubbed a little original cedarcide inside. I went on and notified wayfair about the picture of torn up box and picture of dent. Was contacted right then. Talk about fast. He asked for email and order number so he could see what the problem was. I didnt want new one just a few parts that were broken in bag and 1 missig. Great person to talk to. Its hard to find stores that stand behind their products and feedback like that. Thank you to Wayfair and the people who respect not only good feedback but about a probleem you encoutered.. Debra. North Carolina. Fri Jun 05 2026

This beach is everything I hoped it would be and more. From the rich, dark walnut color to the sturdy wood bench with the nice-quality pad. I'm so grateful I committed; she's beautiful.. Anonymous. Mon Oct 19 2026

Hand-finished solid mango wood gives this storage trunk dynamic character by highlighting unique grain patterns, knots, and variations on all of the surfaces. It's clean-lined and elevated by two metal sled legs for a modern touch. The top opens on a hinge to reveal a spacious inner compartment to keep blankets, heirlooms, toys, and other items. Clean-lined and minimalist in design, the top is a quick surface to rest a book or a couple of baskets.

The trunk is a beautiful piece of sturdy solid wood. I purchased it because it has the black metal legs and front handle that complements my current industrial bedroom furniture. Only four stars because it arrived damaged in two places. One at the left hinge attachment to the wood trunk, the other is a split in the wood on the right side of the trunk where the leg attaches. We were able to nail the wooden block into place to attach the metal leg securely and hopefully prevent further splintering. The quality control needs to be in place for both the preparation of the furniture for shipment AND ensuring the shipper HANDLES THE FURNITURE WITH CARE DURING SHIPMENT. The estimated delivery date was spot on. Generally, happy with my purchase but will be monitoring the damage for a replacement trunk, if needed.. Tg. Silver Spring, MD. Sat Aug 22 2026
