American Kitchen Covered Coated Pan

The shallow but spacious Rondeau maximizes searing potential for delicious one-pan meals and easy stove-to-oven braising. Chefs love the Italian-made Rondeau. With increased surface area comes less overlapping of ingredients, providing more of the caramelizing heat contact that adds depth of flavor. Once you’ve rendered the fat from the protein of choice, you’re free to sauté, braise, and reduce all in the same Rondeau—a one pan meal at its finest. Crafted in Italy, the Stainless Clad Rondeau is constructed from 5 layers of metals for improved heat conduction and distribution. Because it prevents the hot spots that lead to stuck-on messes, the 5-ply construction also cleans up in seconds. Its rolled rim allows you to pthe without spilling, and two looped handles make transport from stove to oven to table a breeze.

This pan is huge and really good quality. I cooked pancakes it, and they didn’t stick. It worked better than my nonstick pan.. Michael. Houston, TX. Wed Sep 23 2026

The Viking 8.5 Quart 3-in 1 Roaster is a versatile cooking vessel; use it as a conventional open roaster for poultry, meats or vegetables, add the lid to convert it into a 9 Quart (to rim) covered roaster, Dutch Oven or stockpot. The roaster's oval shape promotes a convection effect to heat food more quickly, while its 3-Ply Stainless Steel construction through out the vessel ensures even heating in the oven and on the cooktop when deglazing or making sauces and gravy. The mirror finish makes it a beautiful serving dish on the table or buffet. Rolled edges ensure easy drip-free pouring. The elevated stainless rack promotes even cooking and can hang from the rim of the roaster for easy draining. Both roaster and lid work on all cooktops including induction. My second one! Perfect for crispy gyozas and even cooking. This is the second time I have purchased this sauté pan because the first one performed so well. It has become a staple in my kitchen for several reasons: Superior Heat Distribution: The heat distributes perfectly across the entire surface. Unlike other pans I’ve used, this one has a very uniform temperature, which is essential for consistent cooking. Crispy gyozas: I love making gyozas in this pan. Because of the even heat, they come out incredibly crispy every single time, which was always a struggle with my older, non-uniform pans. Durability: The pan feels very heavy-duty and resistant. To keep the nonstick surface in perfect condition, I always make sure to use specialized utensils (like silicone or wood) instead of metal. Highly recommended if you want professional results at home!. Kat. Belmont, MA. Thu Apr 23 2026
