Update to review This sofa is not the sink-into kind, but has wonderful support and the reclining feature is so comfy! It reclines flat and mechanism works smoothly. The upholstery will be a breeze to clean. I did put it together by myself not as time consuming as I had guessed. It should be noted that the seat cushions come vacuum-packed and need to “puff up” for 2-3 days. They look great now. Also, the cushions attach with a heavy duty zipper— it is difficult to get started and there was one that simply would not zipper. I changed my rating from 3 to 4 stars after using it! Original review This sofa is going to be incredibly time consuming to put together. The upholstery seems pretty thick and hopefully durable. I just can’t believe the number of pieces involved. Update 5/7/2026: we're roughly 6 months in to owning 2 of these chairs and issues with failed stitching on the arms has started. We tried reaching out to Wayfair customer service but was told nothing could be done. The chairs are adult owned and used - no harsh treatment by any means. We feel disappointed in the quality (or lack of), but also in Wayfair's refusal to stand behind a product they sold. One of the attached photos clearly shows the filling material and separated stitching. The other not so much because we have attempted to stitch it ourselves to keep it from becoming worse.. Update 5/7/2026: we're roughly 6 months in to owning 2 of these chairs and issues with failed stitching on the arms has started. We tried reaching out to Wayfair customer service but was told nothing could be done. The chairs are adult owned and used - no harsh treatment by any means. We feel disappointed in the quality (or lack of), but also in Wayfair's refusal to stand behind a product they sold. One of the attached photos clearly shows the filling material and separated stitching. The other not so much because we have attempted to stitch it ourselves to keep it from becoming worse..
