Beautiful couch, and very well-made. I’d agree with other reviews that say it’s a little firm, but I expect it to soften up with use. It’s a great height and the depth is good. For reference, I’m 5’5” and when I sit all the way back, my knees hit right at the edge and my feet dangle a bit. It’s a true linen color, and the full service delivery was a breeze.. Isabella. If this couch came with white glove delivery, velcro across the bottom of the slip cover, and better instructions, it would have 5 stars. Let’s start with the positive feedback. It’s beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Now onto the not so positive feedback. First, it is packaged so well that it became a nightmare to unwrap. It took me two hours to properly get every item out of the box. Second, the slip cover was so wrinkled that I had to iron the entire thing or the couch would have looked a mess. Third, the slip cover needs Velcro for the bottom because it does not lay properly so I’m going to have to add Velcro so that it can lay properly underneath. But for those things, this couch would get five stars. The color is superb, and it is plush and deep. Please offer white glove delivery!. Andi. South Bend, IN. Tue Aug 11 2026

Beautiful Sofa. Looks high end. Delivery went smoothly. Only issue is that after sitting for a bit the cushions feel like they drop down a bit in the front. I'm going to try putting a board under cushions to see if it prevents it from happening. Again, it is a lovely item. Placing a board for extra support did not resolve the issue. Despite its lovely aesthetic, I would not buy this item, again.. Anonymous. Sun Aug 30 2026

I love the final look of this couch! The seat cushions are very supportive, the perfect mix of firm and soft. All of the pictured covers are removable and machine washable, except the bottom half of the back rest that is zipped. It’s a part of a piece that must be spot cleaned. Only complaint - didn’t realize the seat cushions for the back rest were packaged in the armrest. One person can assemble this in roughly 2 hours.. Anonymous. Fri Oct 09 2026
