Good customer service, but delivery took a while We ordered this pergola in July, and it was supposed to arrive in six packages. A couple appeared to get lost in transit and had to be resent, and we were still missing a few pieces once the boxes arrived. I believe we received the final package in September. Thankfully, everyone we dealt with was helpful and easy to work with, and they sent the missing items fairly quickly once we contacted them. My husband and I assembled it in roughly five hours. A third person would have made a few steps easier, but we managed just fine with the two of us. Overall, it meets our needs and provides some shelter for our outdoor seating area. The delivery process had some hiccups, but customer service handled them well, and the finished pergola does the job.. Ann. Louisville, KY. Sun Oct 11 2026

Im somewhere between 4 and 5 on this. The packaging is horrible so many parts were damaged. Wayfair gets a 5 out of 5 for getting replacements ordered for me quickly. The replacements were packed just as poorly so some got damaged as well but they sent extras so it was not a problem. Sent from the manufacturer so none of that is Wayfairs fault. Instructions were just okay. Not always super clear. Some bolts really wanted to cross thread. Im happy with the look and function. Its not going to keep every drop of water out in a storm but itll do an adequate job. It could be a little sturdier but I dont think you can find better for the price. Im telling everyone about Wayfair customer service. I expected to have to contact the manufacturer myself and be lucky to get a response. Blown away when Wayfair handled it all parts were shipped within a day or two.. Kasey. Sun Jul 19 2026

The pergola would have been perfect if the roller shades had not been damaged. One was cut and one would not retract. They are sending me new shades but I am stuck paying extra money for the installer to come back and put them up once they are recycled.. Anonymous. Thu Oct 29 2026

Enclose your patio, deck, or backyard in real tempered glass. This louvered pergola has four walls of genuine tempered glass, not plastic or polycarbonate panels. You get clear views, a solid feel, and the polished look of a custom sunroom. Tempered glass is heat-treated for strength. If it ever breaks, it crumbles into small, blunt pieces instead of sharp shards. Each side has its own sliding glass door, so you can get in from any direction and the whole space feels open. At 19' 8" wide, 9' 10" deep, and 7' 5" tall, it has room for an outdoor dining set, a lounge area, or a hot tub. A powder-coated white aluminum frame holds the glass. It has no motors or wiring to maintain. A hidden drainage system carries rainwater down through the frame, so the outside stays streamlined. LOVE THIS PERGOLA - We needed something that kept the sun off our outdoor kitchen in central Florida. We lifted it by about 18 inches so it would be above our door by using flower boxes and filled with concrete. It actually makes the pergola more comfortable by raising it. The gutters work well in the heavy down pours known in Florida. The higher wind tolerance was a huge selling point for us. We couldnt be happier. Note really watch the videos out there before attempting to put together as they provide good tips that prevent common mistakes.. Stacy. Manchester Center, VT. Sun Apr 12 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product in exchange for my honest review. The Mondawe Pergola has been a transformative addition to our tree-less backyard. It looks great from every angle and it has significantly increased our outdoor living time by providing much needed shade. We're already planning to spend every possible minute out here as the weather warms up. Assembly was surprisingly straightforward, thanks to instructions that were easy to follow. While the process is manageable, it is a project; it took a full weekend to complete. My husband handled most of the assembly, though he definitely needed an extra set of hands to safely erect the support pillars and main frame. Make sure your electric drill is fully charged and ready to go, as there are quite a few screws involved in securing the slats. Once it's up, though, the payoff is immediate. This pergola offers a perfect reprieve from the sun throughout the day, featuring a smooth louvered system that is incredibly easy to operate. Each side opens and closes with one fluid motion, giving us precise control over exactly how much sunlight we let in. The wood grain coating on the aluminum frame adds an elegant and timeless touch. We really appreciate that the four outer pillars each have a drainage hole, thanks to the advanced drainage system that efficiently collects rainwater by channeling it down through 4 pillars. Not only will this provide ample shade, it will also keep you dry while you pull your steaks off the grill in unexpected rain.. Aprilc. Sun Mar 22 2026
