Assembly is fairly easy even for one person, and the hardware is blister packaged so that you know right away that nothing is missing. Also, extras for everything are provided and that's a nice touch. There are brown plastic caps to cover each bolt head so they're not noticeable at all. I love that! The chairs are super comfortable and look so nice! Cushions are substantial and are a pretty cream color. The ties stay nicely tied. The wood grain look is unique for each arm, so they don't look mass produced. I don't know what the mesh on the chair backs is made of, but it looks and feels like a natural fiber. The mesh is very sheer, and I love that for my small patio -- it makes it look more open and airy. The chairs are lightweight and can be easily moved but are heavy enough to not blow over if it gets a little windy. The only thing I don't like is that one chair rocks very slightly. I ordered two of these. Included thick cushion with nice fabric. All aluminum construction. Assembly is straightforward with only one allen wrench required. It's a lot easier if you have a cordless drill with a six inch extension. I also wanted the wheel feature in order not to drag them around. The cushion is vacuum packed to save shipping space. One of mine must have had a puncture because one of the boxes was distended. I did not want to open it because it says you have to pack everything in the original box for a return, which would be impossible. Customer service replied the next day and said to go ahead and open the box and they would make it right if the cushion or other parts were damaged. Nothing was damaged, so all good.. Christopher. . I wanted chairs that were easy to move around, sackable, comfortable with or without chair pads/pillows. These Rafael chairs work for my needs. The mesh seat and back provide breathability ( absolutely necessary in St. Louis humidity!), and dry quickly after a rain. I plan to store these in our basement overwinter to prolong the life of these chairs. I am not expecting these chairs to last a lifetime but wanted something affordable.
