OMG this vanity is perfect! I wanted a natural wood tone and something I didn’t have to assemble. This did not disappoint! There is a little greywhite in the wood color which is beautiful. I love the curvature of the sink. I also love the drawer, although I can’t fit my charmin ultra strong big rolls in them. Narrower TP rolls could fit sideways though. Plenty of storage space. Our contractor opened the box and found that the sink had a crack running the length of the sink. We contacted the manufacturer through the Wayfair website. We heard back from the manufacturer within 24 hours and they told us that they would replace the sink. However, there is no way that one can separate the sink from the countertop. We called a Wayfair representative and within 24 hours Wayfair had reordered our item to replace the broken one. It arrived today and looks beautiful. I would rank the vanity 5 stars out of 5 stars and thank Wayfair for such prompt resolution of the problem; however, I ranked it 4 stars out of 5 because of the inconvenience of receiving the broken item. There should be quality control in regards to checking an item before packaging it. There was no evidence on the package that something was damaged in transit. We have ordered a lot of items from Wayfair and this was the first time we had a problem. We would definitely order from Wayfair again, especially with their customer support team!. Emily. Beautiful, well-built vanity. I ordered two for a primary bathroom (a larger vanity could not be brought up the stairs of our vintage home). BTW, Wayfair's "room of choice" delivery is fantastic, and well-worth it for these heavy pieces!! I wish that these came "mirrored" (choice of drawers on left or right) for a more put-together look. My only complaint is that the SPECS PROVIDED ONLINE ARE NOT ACCURATE!! The images show a centered cutout in the back for plumbing; the images showing the opening off center are correct! Rather than 11.1" on either side of the opening, one side is about 8" and the other about 14.25" (not including the side trim). This error (I didn't look at all of the images before ordering, but rather sent the spec sheet to my contractor) resulted in having to re-locate either plumbing or electrical; we chose electrical so that the new lighting would be centered. I love the vanity! It was packaged very well, but the top has a chip in it. Also, the top drawer doesn’t engage with the back clip on the right side, so when you pull it out it drops off the track. Came quickley , packaged well, no damage!! I purchaed the 20" for a small powder room so it came assembled. The color goes great with wy wood floor which was a big plus!! It is pretty strudy and well built. We had to cut out part of the top shelf to go around the pumbing of a new faucet. But it stilll gives me a littl room on ea side for storage of toiletries. Fits perfect for the small space. We refinished the wood molding trim and had to trim a few pieces down to install and anchor vanity to the wall. Very happy with over all look and quality.. Jo.
