Arrived a day late but was well packed. Laid out in a way that the top pieces are the ones you need to assemble first. No digging for the next piece. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The firebox was less than we hoped for. The flames were not of high quality like we've had on a different electric fireplace we had, and it seems like it consists of a bulb inside a spinning drum to get the effect, which would be OK, but the spinning drum makes more noise than you'd expect and detracts from the whole effect. Summary: The mantel is awesome. The firebox, much less than awesome. Wish I could replace just the firebox with something better.
