We absolutely love our Mandujano Murphy Bed in the Barnwood finish. After downsizing, we needed our larger office to double as a guest room, and this bed is perfect. It’s solid wood, extremely well built, and the design is brilliant — when folded up, it looks like a beautiful chest of drawers, and the bottom drawer is a real storage drawer that holds pillows, sheets, and a blanket. We bought the matching mattress thinking we might upgrade it later, but it’s genuinely comfortable. When our twin sons were visiting, one son slept on it with a plush topper and liked it so much he stayed in the Murphy bed even after the guest room became available when his brother departed. The Barnwood color blends perfectly with my wife’s Italian furniture, and the stowed design leaves room for a wall‑mounted TV above it. The built‑in power module with USB and standard outlets is a thoughtful touch. This bed is stable, comfortable, compact when stored, and very reasonably priced for the quality. We’re thrilled with it. Full endorsement.. Gerry. Charlotte. Sat Aug 22 2026

It’s a nice Murphy bed for the price. The wood is a bit darker than it looks online and less walnut than I wanted. The “solid wood” also feels a bit of a stretch as some pieces felt a bit more flimsy. The mattress is thin and there is definitely room for a trifold 6 inch.. Jeremy. East Grand Rapids, MI. Assembly was two people. I didnt find it difficult, just took time. The white painted finish has some cracking. Not too noticeable. My daughter spent 5 nights on the bed -said it was comfortable. She did crack one of the slats in two sitting on the edge. I may be able to repair. Net net, it is serving its purpose for occasional house guests. I flanked the cabinet with two tall bookcases also purchased on Wayfair. Jillian. Saint Paul, MN. Sun Sep 13 2026

I was looking for an extra bed without the commitment of a full-time bedroom, and this Murphy bed fit the bill. It took about 2.5 hours to put together by myself. I referenced the assembly youtube to help get the actual visual process along the way. There were reviews about the mattress not being super comfortable (I would agree- functional, not what I would offer to a guest), so I purchased a memory topper for when it's being used. It is easy to transform to a bed. I did also make sure I had a rug to put under it, as someone commented that the one frame piece is not connected to the rest of the frame when in bed form and might move around. It is a quality piece of furniture, looks lovely in both forms, and has made my bonus room an extra space for guests.. Sarah. Forks, WA. Sat Nov 12 2022

Perfect size, shape, color. Took 8 hours to assemble. Delivery was fast, but the delivery guy did NOT place the packages by front door, instead place the packages on the gravel infront of the ramp.
