This desk is really beautiful and incredibly easy to assemble. It does require 2 people though bc the tabletop is solid wood. Very heavy. I also didn’t realize that the one end of the table does not attach the the lower part. It just rests on top it basically uses its own weight and it stays put. The only issue I had is shipping. Wayfair said it would deliver in 2 days. I then get an email saying the dimensions are too big for FedEx so it had to ship freight and it took 2 weeks instead of the 2 days like their website said. Delivery was great, the guys were fast and professional. When we opened the box that had the top of the desk in it, the stone surface was cracked down the middle in 2 places where the outlet box is. Very frustrating and disappointing to say the least. I reached out to customer support (Michelle) and they connected me to the manufacturer and together they helped to resolve the issue.
