This pan is awesome, I was cooking some chicken gizzards, forgot to check on them sand when I remembered they had burned and stuck to the pan. Tried Demeyere and know 100 that this is it. Steady, even heating that doesn’t drop when food goes in. Super easy to clean after letting it cool, soak a bit and wash. Our new saucepan turned out to be the perfect size for us, in between our smallest and the medium one. It’s very pretty. It cleans up easily and I did not even “season” it like the instructions suggested. So far I’ve only simmered vegetables in it and it worked fine. Loving this pan so far. Have used for 3 months and it has kept the non stick well. It is heavier but I like that it is aluminum free and ceramic for better food safety from toxic chemicals in other non stick. Cooks nice and evenly as well.
