The two most important qualities to look for in a roaster are durability and style and this one has lots of both. With a sizable surface area (13"x16") and sturdy riveted handles, it can hold a 25-lb. turkey, large brisket, or ham with ease for many holidays to come. Its raised sides ensure everything bakes evenly until golden brown all around. Pop in the v-shaped rack and wait for the natural juiciness to melt below to use for basting, glaze, or a tasty gravy. As part of our HA1 nonstick collection, this roaster is constructed of heavy gauge aluminum, and its interior is engineered with 3 layers of our high-performing, PFOA-free nonstick coating. This coating keeps food molecules from clinging to the surface, so it's ideal for delicate or sticky foods. Its exterior features an anti-warp induction-compatible base that makes it compatible with induction cooktops and bumps up durability. All in all, it offers professional performance and durability combined with an easy food release that is easy to clean for a convenient cooking experience. At the end of the meal, simply put it in the dishwasher or give it a quick hand washing, and it is ready for the next one.

The wok cooks very well and evenly! The handles get hot quickly so use an oven mitt or pan handler to hold on them. It is virtually non-stick if you use a little oil and get it up to the right temperature. As a suggestion, maybe have a long wooden handle instead of the two short side handles as they do in Chinese woks. It's easier to hold and cook with and won't get hot.. Roderic C.. Fri Jun 19 2026
