We just needed a desk for working from home one or two days a week, but I didn’t want it to take up a whole lot of room. This fit the bill. I was planning to have the back of the desk facing as you walk in the room, but once I put it together and saw how unattractive the backside is, I switched it around.. Robin W. NC. Sun Aug 09 2026

The desk is beautiful, sturdy, and a good size (especially good depth vs other models) and the ability to order in custom colors is great. This is a extremely well made, high quality desk of solid wood. It comes completely preassembled out of the box and mine had no defects. That said, it is extremely heavy so you definitely need help removing it from packaging and placing it. The color is more of a dove gray with some natural variation but I wouldn’t say it is distressed. It has a classic appeal but the shape and drawer pulls make it look a little more modern. Plenty of storage and the drawers are beautifully made and slides work well. I placed this desk in my home office and love the softness and femininity it brings to the room.. Laurel. Rockville, MD. The top is a heavy board that is edge and finger joint glued together and finished in veneer. The legs are also fingerjointed boards. It generally looks nice, but the finish is quite sloppy. there are some rough spots where it was not thoroughly sanded too. I purchased this table because it was on sale.
