Okay I scoured Wayfair forever for a wool rug that would work in the living room. I honestly took a chance on this rug because it looked completely different from other people’s pictures depending on the lighting so I had no idea what I was going to get. It’s cloudy today so here is a picture of it with my overhead lights off vs on. The blue is definitely more grey like others have mentioned. Light shedding and some random discolored threads throughout.. Hailey. Edwardsville, IL. Wed Sep 23 2026

It’s a little more yellow and dull than I had expected. And it needs a good brushing because it is extremely linty. Overall, it is very good quality. I have another rug like this that doesn’t shed at all, so I know it will be OK in the end.. Anonymous. US. Sat Jun 27 2026

Hooked of 100% wool by skilled artisans in India, the Diahann Collection features a natural thick pile. Through bold color combinations and asymmetrical designs, Diahann takes the familiar wool hook construction and gives it a fresh spin.

This rug is a starting point for a room we are repurposing into a small den for reading & TV so won't get a lot of traffic. Having said that, it appears to be well-bound and did not have an odor (something I have read on other rug posts). There are lots of colors so lots of decorating possibilities! There is a photo with paint chips and for reference, the dark middle color in the rug matches Glidden Mountain Pine, so more green (I thought it was Navy). We are tending toward the bluey green but one could easily paint walls in off whites, beiges even peachy pink. There is far more variation in color within the design that makes it really pretty. Very pleased with this purchase!. Jj. Chicago Suburbs. Sat May 02 2026

This oriental area rug grounds your space in rich hues and traditional style. It features an Elmsford design in blue, brown, and red hues, with floral motifs adding to its classic feel. Handmade from wool using a looped technique, its 0.25" pile height provides pleasant underfoot padding without being too tricky to maintain. Pair this area rug with antique furniture for an old-world aesthetic, or mix in mid-century modern pieces for an unexpected look. This rug is designed for indoor use only and is safe to place on heated floors.

We love this rug! Gorgeous colors, bright, nice contrast, & a beautiful design too! The blue colors are pretty, more of a "navy" color when the room is darker & mostly a beautiful "teal" color when the room is light. The wool is soft & has a very nice texture! Our living room (sofa, chairs, ect...) is very neutral & this rug really "brought it all together" in a light, lively contrast. We would buy this rug again!. Debra. St. George, UT. Wed Aug 12 2026

The look of an heirloom rug without the heirloom rug price, this rug offers intricate printed texture on a soft-underfoot polyester base. Created in Turkey, the classic center medallion and border come alive in terracotta. The hardworking low pile reduces the dirt and allergens trapped in your home, making this a handsome and helpful design choice.

I enjoy the blue and terra-cotta matchup on this rug. The description didn’t highlight a pile. This is more woven.. Anonymous. Thu Jun 25 2026

This exceptional rug exudes timeless charm with its ushak-inspired motifs, elegant florals, and trendy color palettes. Crafted with premium wool rich blend yarns, each rug undergoes meticulous hand-binding and a special finishing wash to enhance its unique luster.

This rug is beautiful. It did come folded and packed instead of on a roll, so I expect that some creases wiill have to relax when it's installed, but overall happy.. Cynde. NY. Fri Jul 10 2026

Embolden your living space with the dazzling tribal-inspired pierson collection by weave & wander. Cool tones of blue, cream and gray dominate the canvas as short bursts of orange and red form a colorful “dusk to midnight” contrast. Oushak and tribal motifs dance across each piece, creating a masterful pirouette of vibrancy and strength. Each piece in the 100% wool pierson collection is of soumak construction and features a bold design fit for any aesthetic.

This rug is beautiful, and the colors are accurately pictured (midnight blue, slate blue, grey, brick red, pale peach, mossy light green, etc). It is well made with a durable coarse wool and very tight weave that should do well in any high traffic areas. It is thinner than most hand-knotted wool rugs and coarse to the touch but not uncomfortable under foot. We have it in our dining room, and it’s perfect. Definitely a statement piece.. Natalee. Argyle, TX. Sun May 10 2026

This rug showcases a subtle and sophisticated interpretation of the traditional Oushak design. The base color is a light taupe or beige, creating a neutral and calming backdrop. The motifs, rendered in soft pastels such as pale blue, light coral, soft yellow, and hints of muted green, evoke a sense of tranquility. The central area features large, abstract floral elements that flow harmoniously, while the border, slightly more ornate, echoes these motifs on a smaller scale. The overall design has a weathered, antique feel, giving it a timeless and elegant appeal.

Roll out organic pattern. This area rug showcases an artfully imperfect central medallion + geometric borders that draw on Southwestern textile motifs, in warm desert-like hues. It’s hand-tufted from wool, with a medium pile height that delivers the right mix of cushion and durability.

I like this rug a lot. It is thick and the quality seems good for the price. The design matches my Persian carpet but I like that the colours are muted and don't clash. I wish there were more sizes available.. Neela. Bowen Island, BC. Tue Oct 13 2026
