This a great awning at this price point, even my electrician son was impressed as he he was expecting troubles. To be fair, it is not easy to install. It took three adult men on ladders to put it up and a great deal of finagling before that. Also, the motor came preassembled so we had no choice about which side it was on which meant extension cords.. Karla. Stafford Springs, CT. Sat Jun 27 2026

We ordered two of these for our western windows. The kitchen could get up to 104°, however, after installing these, we don’t have a problem with that anymore. They’re relatively easy to assemble, but we’ve had experience putting things together. Someone who’s never put something like this together, the instructions are only pictures. But they look nice and I’m so glad that we purchased them.. Lee. Highland, MI. Wed Aug 26 2026

The product allows you to reposition the mounting platform of your awning. Rather than hanging your half cassette awning from the wall, use this bracket to hang your awning off the ceiling. Made from heavy-duty, rust-resistant material, this bracket won’t buckle or sag bearing the weight of heavy awnings. Ideal for patios or overhangs that do not have physical walls.

If your desired width is between our 4' increments of sizes, you may need to order a larger size and trim down as needed. A decorative ledger board is provided to color-match the eyebrow pergola. Step-by-step instructions make installation easy. Kit includes all hardware/fasteners for the eyebrow pergola construction except for fasteners going into your actual structure (structural fasteners).
