I am very pleased with this sectional. It provides plenty of comfortable seating without making the room feel overcrowded. The cushions are supportive but still soft enough for relaxing, watching television, or spending time with family. I especially like the reversible ottoman because it can be moved around to create different seating arrangements or used as a footrest or extra seat. First of all— the color is beautiful! If you’re looking for an earthy green, look no further! I love that it’s truly modular and really versatile for your space. I’m hoping the ottoman comes back in stock to really complete the look for us. It’s fairly easy to put together—however, with the corner pieces I really recommend putting one side piece onto the bottom piece and then putting the other side piece on. It was impossible for us to put both side pieces on and then the bottom piece— it just didn’t align with all 4 slide pieces. Once we did it the other way they were easy to put together. Also, the instructions don’t say how to unhook the alligator connectors once you put them together so we had to Google that— you lift up on the side that has the post to dislodge it from the alligator piece. The couch is firm but still comfy (exactly what we were looking for). The couch is low but again, that’s what I was wanting. I’m 5’6” and I can sit with my feet touching the ground and my back on the couch— if you’re looking for a deeper seat then this might not work. Also, cat approved! My packages came into separate shipments. Both drivers were very professional and efficient and timely. The process itself was a bit frustrating as the original shipment was delayed by four days, and the second package. They didn’t even know where it was. Originally ordered July 2 and now has shown up on the 14th so 12 days. There was a big lack of communication in the process in what I could expect regarding the delivery. This sofa has honestly exceeded my expectations, especially at this price point. If you’re on the fence because of the budget, don’t be! We let the cushions fully expand for about 24 hours, and by the 24–48 hour mark they had fluffed up really nicely. I gave the fabric a quick light steam and vacuum, and that was all it needed. Setup was also much easier than I expected. It took my husband and me about 30 minutes, and that’s with three kids running around! I definitely think one person could assemble it alone, it would just take a little longer. One thing I really wanted to mention is the gray color because I couldn’t find many real life photos before ordering. I originally planned on getting the khaki color, but it was backordered, so I made a last minute decision to switch to gray, and I’m honestly so glad I did. It ended up fitting my home even better than I imagined, so hopefully these photos help anyone who’s looking for references of the gray version. The couch is spacious, comfortable, and has quickly become everyone’s favorite spot in the house. Our kids love it, and we’ve already spent countless hours lounging, watching movies, and just relaxing together.
