Very easy to put to together. It is a very sturdy bedframe for the price. The “espresso” color is fairly accurate in person vs what you see online in the pictures. The only reason we give this bedframe 4 stars is because one of the posts came damaged as seen in the second picture. Additionally, instructions were pretty straightforward. There was one moment where it isn’t straightforward, as it doesn’t mention there is not a pre drilled hole for a screw for the middle portion of the frame. The bed frame has been pretty sturdy since we put it together, and had no issues putting our premium king sized mattress on it. When we received the original order, we weren’t happy with the finish of the top— uneven with obvious streaks. Very impressed with the ability to share feedback and get the top replaced — was dreading the prospect of having to live with it because the piece was mostly assembled, and we would not have been able to return it. We got the Mocha finish. Slightly lighted in person than pictured, but solid quality. No veneers or particle board here! Easy to put together. Took 2 people 30 mins with a few power tools.
