Delivery was smooth. Putting the couch together was easy but time consuming cause it is MASSIVE. I’m 5’10 and I feel like a little kid getting ate up in this couch. My only complaint is the back pillows being kinda flimsy and need more cushion. The seats are great nice firm enough for sitting without completely sinking. Good for lounging. The hooks they provide are kinda thin and lame but the couch comes with screw holes so if you want to get stronger accessories I would recommend that. Now the back rests are adjustable but they do not stay in place you barely touch them and they will move .
