Omg, I was doubting about getting this couch because reviews didn’t show pictures, but here is an honest review. Shipping was amazing, I was called 2 times before it came, one when he was heading this way and another one when he was here. The couch in general is amazing, fabric and cushions are so soft and it is loungey but you don’t sink into it, so it doesn’t make it easy to stand up but still VERY comfortable, all cushion covers are removable and can be washed which I think it’s the best specially having a pet or kids. When you remove the back cushions to sleep on it, its very wide. The couch in general and ottomans arent very heavy, so the ottomans tend to slide easily when moving around. Overall I really like this couch. It’s super cute, spacious, and looks great in my living room. The fabric is soft and I love having the ottoman. I ordered the Hokku Designs Cloud Couch for our new home and I am obsessed!! We’ve been using it for ~3 weeks now and we love it! The couch is low seating, but we knew that going in and we don’t mind it at all. It’s very comfortable.. perfect for naps. We love being able to comfortably fit multiple people, and being able to move the ottoman is great when you need extra seating or more leg room. Building the couch took about an hour, and the cushion covers were easy to put on. The ottoman is the perfect space to store blankets when we’re not using them. We are loving this couch so far!. This couch overall is decent but definitely not my favorite. The chenille fabric feels soft, the off white color is nice, and it was simple to put together. When first getting I let the cushions expand on their own but ended up opening the zipper and doing the pillows and backrest cushions by hand as they didn't fluff out fully on their own. The couch overall is very firm and I could see the back cushions shape not holding up over time. The seat cushions are deep making it ideal for lounging and the backrest and height of the couch is low so not super ideal for support when you want to sit and talk to others. One of the seat bases came warped which cause some issues when putting together but we were able to make it work because we didn't want to deal with a return process. The couch was delivered very quick and all pieces came within a day of wach other. I paid $780 for a new couch which will do for a couple years until I can upgrade.. Emily. ND. Fri Aug 21 2026

I'm really happy with this storage ottoman! It was actually much larger than I expected, so it didn't fit in the original spot I had planned for it. That ended up being a blessing because it looks perfect in our living room and doubles as extra seating when we have guests over. The green color is absolutely beautiful and matches our furniture perfectly. The storage compartment is roomy enough to hold one large throw blanket or about two to three smaller blankets, which is great for keeping the living room tidy. The only thing I wish it had is hinges on the lid. Since the top is completely removable, it doesn't always sit perfectly flush when you put it back on, so you have to adjust it a little. One unexpected bonus is that my dogs are obsessed with it! The fabric is incredibly soft, and it's large enough for them to stretch out and lay on comfortably.
