Overall the main bed frame has been solid - no shaking, which is what I was worried about. The headboard is another story, that part is not as well constructed so it's more decoration. It's also overall bigger that a Cal King mattress so there is an open space on either the top or bottom (picture), the sides are an exact fit. Since the frame is sturdy for, um, adult time, I'm glad we decided to save the money versus the much more expensive other stores! This is NOT an off brand adjustable bed frame, it’s made by Mlily who make quality bed frames. It uses two whisper quiet lift motors, a name brand controller module, four earth shaking vibration motors and a heavy duty frame. We purchased two king bed frames and both had FOUR position legs(3” each) and a LIGHTED remote control(see images). You will easily pay twice the price for a comparable bed frame anywhere else with the same features. My wife and I(58 and 60yo) were able to separate the two king bed frame sections at the three hinge points with a metric ratchet and wrench and unplug three quick disconnects in order to half the weight to 100lbs each and bring them up a flight of stairs, then reconnect everything on the second floor, this process saved our backs and cost us an extra fifteen minutes tops. Installation was super simple and the remote was already paired to the frame.
