I bought this to hold grain for my horses. I put it together in about an hour. It was very straightforward and easy to assemble. The hinges are a little bit funky. I already pinched myself pretty bad on one. You have to attach the hinge to the lid, about a third of the way up so the lid doesn’t open as much as I’d like. There’s more on some than others, but it’s a significant amount of work to wash it off thoroughly. I’m using these for food storage, so I have to do the cleaning. From reading online, the residue is likely from metal polish I wish the manufacturer did a better job removing this before shipping. Aside from that, I’m very happy with them.
