So far we’ve loved this couch, fur babies included! The biggest issue we had was that the instruction manual was missing when we received the item. I messaged about it and received a reply a few days later but we had already figured out how to put it together. My only complaint outside of that is the cushions do seem the slide out easily. That goes for most couches though so all in all were very happy with this purchased.. Anonymous. Sat May 30 2026

Buying a sectional sight unseen using only a fabric swatch and the one or two images available in the listing was stressful. I'm happy I purchased this sectional. I replaced a worn-out entry-level sectional that fit my space perfectly. The challenge was to find a left-hand facing sectional that was very similar in size. This sectional is almost an exact match. It's within an inch in any dimension the same as my old sectional. I got the Sunbrella fabric in Spectrum Indigo. I'm impressed with the build quality of the sectional. Time will tell how well it holds up to everyday wear and tear. (I have two cats) The cushions are on the firm side and the seat is a bit higher than what I was used to but I find it to be very comfortable and wonderful to sleep on. Shipping was quicker than expected and the delivery was flawless. Wayfair custom upholstery is a win in my book with this item!. Eric. Paducah, KY. Sat May 24 2025

Clean track arms bring a tailored, modern edge, balancing comfort with structure. Overall I am impressed by the durable chenille fabric and the firmness of the cushions. We were looking for a set that would keep its shape well over time and I think these are constructed for that. The Blue color is much lighter in person than the listing photo. It is a warmer cobalt blue instead of the deep dark navy I was hoping for. So I felt a little misled with the listing photos. You can purchase additional seats to elongate the sectional which is nice. The only downside has been that there are some manufacturer issues where the locking systems on three of the chairs are either not correctly installed or missing altogether which means we cannot properly lock all the pieces together for stability. We are still working with wayfair to get this remedied and hoping for a fix soon.. Hannah. Kansas City, MO. Thu Aug 27 2026
