I am obsessed with my new curtains. I was looking for large panel curtains that had a pinch pleat and were machine washable. While these aren't blackout curtains, they look lovely. They reduce the amount of light it lets in, I have noticed my room being significantly cooler and warmer (on the cold nights) since hanging these curtains. They are long enough to help elongate the room, and they are wide enough I can crease them and make them look even more fancy. My old curtains would let off a smell when they were blocking the heat, these do not which is awesome. I love that they do not open easily, so I don't have to worry about my cats opening up the curtains during the middle of the night anymore. Overall, I love the pattern/texture.
