This chest is absolutely stunning. It looks exactly like it is pictured online. The whole chest is solid, well made, and it is very heavy. The drawers are soft-close and can hold quite a bit, however the drawers are not particularly deep. The granite is beautiful and since this chest is so large there is quite a bit of granite surface area. I purchased this for my office but it would look beautiful in a bedroom as well. In fact, I kind of want the bedroom set after seeing this in person. I am so happy with this purchase. This table is very sturdy and heavy! It works great in our short term rental dining room. The finish had imperfections upon arrival and a new table top was sent to us, but it also had some imperfections in the veneer surface. It now has a "well loved" look and a bit of a patina so it actually works well for us. The first image shows the size with one additional insert, it comes with one other insert, so it can extend to quite a length. The other two images show the type of imperfections that are across most of the surface. The white bits and the cup ring are shown after a good cleaning with a damp cloth and they are not removable.
