Customer service was responsive, but stated that the tabletop was on back order & at this time couldn’t be replaced, hence the 4 star. We love the set, however; the top cushions on the chairs are too narrow and would not stay in the chair ((falling out). We spoke to customer service - they were very accommodating and said they would send the correct cushions.
