The seat is pretty deep making it hard to reach the floor for short people! It’s a very nice looking set, however I’m not sure how long the back cushion will last as the padding doesn’t seem very firm like the seat cushion!. Becky. Sat Sep 12 2026

Love the couch and chairs. Cushions are a great color and comfortable. Wicker is a good material. Came a little damage in a corner and cushion was missing hoping Wayfair will send it the missing cushion and replace the part that was damaged. Kady. Pensacola Fl. Tue May 12 2026

Very happy with chairs. They are very good quality for the price, they swivel and rock easily and the cushions are a nice color and quality. It did take two people to put these together, a little under one hour for each chair but not too difficult. The chair backs are lower than the chairs that I replaced (another review mentioned the lower back) however with the back cushion I feel enough support to be comfortable. I appreciate the smaller size of these chairs because my lanai is not large. I would not recommend if you are a larger sized person or looking for larger size furniture.. Todd. Middle Village, NY. This set arrived in several boxes and was a little daunting once we broke into them. It took about 5 hrs to assemble them all. The parts fit well together. Some of the screws are tedious due to their location, but luckily they are all pretty similar in build. Once you build one, it's basically rinse and repeat. The set is all together and is very sturdy. It look fantastic and is suprisingly comfortable.. Sonia. Olympia, WA. Tue Jun 23 2026

4.75 stars. I love this set so much. It is really pretty in person. I bought it really for the rockers. I wanted chairs that didn't just swivel but rocked and this set just fit the bill. The cushions are thick and pretty firm. I did buy that coffee table separately - but I got it here on Wayfair as well and I love it too and it matches really nicely. One suggestion - pay for assembly. My husband did ours and it took forever. The couch and ottomans were not really that difficult but the rockers were definitely more complicated and time consuming. I personally dont feel like I could have put it together myself. Also dont over tighten the rocker mechanism screws. We did that on the first rocker not really knowing not to (didn't say in the directions). If you overtighten the chairs will not rock well. Beyond all that I am in love. I think it looks so nice on our screened in deck.. Julie. Derby, KS. Mon Sep 14 2026

The patio furniture looks great and feels very sturdy once assembled. Just be prepared for assembly to take several hours if you’re putting it together by yourself. The instructions were pretty straightforward, but there are a lot of pieces to put together. I haven’t assembled the fire pit yet because it’s been way too hot here in Florida to enjoy it, but I’m looking forward to getting it set up when the weather cools down!. Courtney. Quincy, FL. This seating group is working well for us now that the early issue has been resolved. It is solid and comfortable. We enjoy entertaining groups and now we can all sit together. We assembled ourselves, but I think it would be worth paying the extra fee to have someone else do it; it is tedious. Our issue was that the fabric kept melting when we first installed it. We called customer service and they were great and quickly arranged for new cushions to be sent, noting that they have a new, better material. In the meantime, we flipped the cushions and the same issue happened and more pillows/cushions were affected. Once again, customer service was helpful. We even noticed the side of the firepit was melting. We eventually moved the whole unit to another place on our deck and it stopped. Very strange, but we believe that sunlight was reflecting off one of the house windows and creating intense heat. I assume this is a one off situation. We have had the new cushions and pillows in the new location for 2 months now and no issue.. John. Minneapolis, MN. Wed Sep 30 2026
