They are great pieces. Initially I was going to put them on the bottom level of my entryway table but they were too tall for that area, so I placed them on opposite sides of my fire place and they look great. I even named them Ire and Aanu , which are Yoruba for “goodness” and “mercy” taken from one of my favorite biblical texts. Beautiful. Arrived early and packaged neatly. The base is solid. The red is vibrant. Subtracting a star because when you lift this item the red woman is not fully secured to the base and wobbles.
