It arrive damaged. I opened the first box and there was damage in the arm of part of the couch. I wanted to return the whole set. I looked at Wayfair site and the were trying to charge me almost $300 to return. I paid $700 and change. It was not worth it so I hired someone to repair it. A little shipper snafu of box damage but pieces inside were not damaged, received on time overall. Some pieces were extremely hard to get apart to start assembly, but after 4 hours total had the set completed with two people working on it.
