Chairs arrived well protected in the boxes. The box said that all tools required were included to put these chairs together, however that was unnecessary because the chairs were FULLY ASSEMBLED! This chair is so cute! I decided to go with white to match other outdoor furniture and hopefully outlast in the Texas sun. My last similar was wood and splintered and broke. This material feels a little more durable to last outside. I purchased this for outside my pool, but it did come with a sandbag to put it on the pool ledge.
