10 minutes of trampoline fitness is equivalent to an hour of jogging, 30 minutes of biking, or 20 minutes of swimming. The TECHSPORT 36-inch fitness trampoline delivers a quiet and effective home cardio workout. Silent elastic ropes and mute foot caps make it 95% quieter than traditional spring trampolines, so you can exercise anytime without disturbing others. Just 10 minutes of jumping burns up to 250 calories. Reinforced steel frame supports up to 330 lbs with non-slip foot pads for stability. 70% pre-assembled, no tools required, sets up in 10 minutes. Compact and lightweight, stores easily under a bed or in a closet. Perfect for home gyms, apartments, or daily fitness routines.

The trampoline itself is good and very easy to assemble. It comes in three main pieces, and I had it put together in less than 20 minutes. I would definitely consider the height before purchasing, especially for an adult. For reference, I’m 5'5", and I found the handlebar too low for me. The trampoline also sits fairly close to the floor. The bounce is mild rather than very springy, so keep that in mind depending on the type of workout or bounce you’re looking for. Overall, it’s a simple, easy-to-assemble trampoline, but the height and lighter bounce are worth considering before buying.. Massiel. Tampa, FL. Thu Oct 01 2026

The BCAN BT2 rebounder trampoline delivers a rock-solid, whisper-quiet workout thanks to its 2026 upgrades—32mm thickened alloy legs with 10 reinforced threads for unmatched stability, plus an M‑plate reinforced handlebar that adjusts to three heights and feels 200% more secure. The 8mm bungees combine a durable woven shell with a natural latex core for smooth, low‑impact bouncing that protects your joints and won’t disturb others. Assembly takes just 10 minutes, and you can choose between 40” or 48” models for whole‑body fitness at home or outdoors.

This rebounder trampoline is sturdy, stable, and surprisingly quiet during use. It was easy to put together and feels well made for everyday workouts. The included support rail is a great feature for extra balance and something to hold onto when needed. My only downside is that it doesn’t fold up easily for storage. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality and performance!. Kealia. Mckinney, TX. Wed Oct 14 2026

I have been wanting one of these for awhile and just decided it was time. It shipped quickly. All the parts were there. The packaging was thin cardboard, so it wouldn’t have taken much additional shipping “abuse” without starting to rip open. It came with detailed instructions, unfortunately, they were not in English. The photos/illustrations were enough to be able to assemble the item. But one, pretty critical part was left out, the pin to keep the round part in place/locked. But, if you look, on one of the two hinges, there are holes that go through the hinges and the frame, and it was easy enough to install. The colors are vibrant, and I hope it will stay that way as it will not be in the direct sun even in the house. I haven’t been able to use it very much since assembling it, but I am optimistic. I gave it four our of five stars because of the weak packaging, lack of multiple languages on the assembly instructions, and the lack of identifying installation of what I would think would be a very important piece of safety equipment, the locking pin for the hinge.. I would’ve been a lot happier if FedEx didn’t screw me around for four days saying they came by and nobody was here and never came by. The worst FedEx experience I’ve ever had. Trampoline is fine box was beat up real good.. Anonymous. Thu Sep 10 2026
