I spent a lot of time researching memory foam chairs (these are not "bean bag" chairs) and was a little hesitant to buy one online, especially without a prior review, as it seems to be a pain to return once they've expanded; that said, I went for it with this one and I'm definitely not disappointed! The chair and ottoman expanded out nicely after a day or two and are full and plush (note: the picture makes the material look a little "matted", but it's not, it's fluffy / fur-like!). Not quite as idyllic as the picture, of course--the chair sits a little low and the ottoman a little skewed--but perfectly suitable as a place for kids to veg in the basement. Would recommend!
