I actually got two items from this brand in the same purchase and I have to say the quality isn’t quite there. When I was unboxing this I had very high hopes as the back and arms were so sturdy I thought this will be a great desk alternative during work from home days if I want to shot on the couch. And it will be, but that’s about the extent. I like the heat option but the “massage” is literally just a vibration and the modes are limited to two.
